Randy S. Kurland, CPA, MBA, has 28 years of business experience.
His mission is to provide small businesses, including professionals, with the necessary management and accounting skills at the right cost to be efficient and successful knowing that my focus is and always will be YOUR success.
His past experience includes serving CFO/Consultant in Wellness & Hormone Centers of America (currently a client), primary care facilities focused on dramatically improving peoples’ lives through customized wellness and health programs using sophisticated testing equipment, medically supervised weight-loss programs, Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, ED Therapy, Testosterone Therapy and Nutraceutical/Vitamin Plans. This start-up in less than a year has grown to 2 clinics and over $80k in revenues per month.
Prior, he served as Director of Finance for The McCann Law Group, LLP, DBA Consumer Attorney Services, a National Consumer Advocacy Law Firm where he helped grow the Firm from 37 employees to 150, revenues from $150,000 per month to $1,800,000 per month and the accounting department from 4 staff members to 13. He was also the Chief Financial Officer/Business Manager for Wood, Atter & Wolf, P.A., a full-service law firm in North Florida and was responsible for managing the Firm including accounting, human resources, and administration. Prior to this, he owned his own businesses for 19 years, worked as a Controller/Financial Reporting Manager and with the Big 4 CPA Firm Ernst &Young.
Randy is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and his Masters of Business Administration from Jacksonville University. He was awarded the Distinguished University of Pennsylvania’sWharton School of Business ‘Retirement Planning Specialist’ designation. His experience and subject matter expertise includes small business strategies and accounting.
His civic involvement has included Board Member of the Golf Club at South Hampton, an active member with the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens and SAC member at Bartram Trail High School.
